Megagram provides remote-access and on-site/on-call managed technical services for small businesses.
We provide technical support services for companies that aren't large enough or don't have the requirement to have their own dedicated IT department or IT staff.
Many of our existing customers are businesses with less than ten staff members. Many of those are businesses with only one or two people, including the owner. For businesses of that size, having an IT department or dedicated IT staff would be inefficient and wasteful. For those businesses, Megagram provides exactly the amount of IT support needed for their businesses to run smoothly while saving them money and resources better spent elsewhere in their business.
Some of our customers have a much larger staff. For these businesses, having an IT department or dedicated IT staff is possible, but through their support contract with Megagram, they save money by getting only the service they need without the overhead of dedicated IT staff.
When you use Megagram, you can choose to use our services on an hourly basis or we can propose a service contract that includes all the services you need, including Service Level Agreements, resource monitoring, and 24/7/365 on-call emergency support.
